When we built this spec home, we set out to create something without limitations. As both the builder and property owner, we had complete creative freedom, allowing us to design a home that fully showcases the craftsmanship, creativity, and quality behind every QnC Construction project.
Rather than leaving it vacant, we transformed the home into a staycation Airbnb so guests can truly experience what it’s like to live in a QnC custom build. This home is an immersive, firsthand look at the intentional details and elevated finishes that define our work.
The home features a striking single-slope roofline with ceilings rising from 8 to 14 feet, blacked-out exterior finishes with timber accents, and seamless indoor-outdoor living designed for year-round enjoyment. The primary bath highlights custom epoxy walls, teak floors, and built-in benches, while a finished, temperature-controlled three-car garage adds comfort and function.
Designed for both relaxation and activity, the home continues to evolve with new amenities—including private bunkhouse suites and expanded recreation spaces—creating a one-of-a-kind stay in Millerstown, PA.
