Dauphin Bathroom Renovation
Originally built in the 1800s, this home was thoughtfully updated to enhance both comfort and function. Ceiling heights were raised, floors leveled, and plumbing relocated to accommodate a more open and modern layout. A wall was removed to create a seamless flow between the primary bedroom and bathroom, defined by a glass surround shower wall and a pocket door. The large glass panels were brought in through the balcony using a telehandler due to their size. The bathroom features a custom tile shower, soaking tub, urinal, floating sink with lighted mirrors, and a custom cabinet accessible from both the bedroom and bathroom. Genuine hardwood flooring ties the spaces together, preserving the home’s character while bringing it into the modern day.
