Lewisburg Addition
We took an unusable attic space and turned it into a functional third-floor living space. This addition blends seamlessly with the colonial-style home that makes a statement. We tied in the black trim from the rest of the home into this new space, both inside and out. Built-in window bench seating with storage, wood beam accent, and fresh carpet adds that cozy feel. Recessed lighting helps keep things light and bright, no matter what time of day. Two nooks with angled ceiling peaks allow for creating separate spaces to enjoy. Taking what once was just an attic crawl space and turning it into a new extension of their home, for the family to enjoy for years to come.
I would like to first thank Ben and his team for doing an amazing job. They’ve transformed our home in a couple of months with a finished attic. Their designer is second to none, and she captured our vision to the T. Following the design phase, work began. The team on our job kept the place clean, were well organized, and all carried an outstanding work ethic. I wish to highlight the amazing drywall work, spackling, and painting work that was done to perfection. Hands down flawless. You could tell through his attention to detail in his art and craftsmanship that he genuinely cared and his passion for his trade yielded perfection on our project. All that said, we hit a couple of unforeseen snags in the project. This is always bound to happen in a major remodel; however, this is where QnC earns its reputation. They communicated and resolved the few unforeseen hurdles efficiently and effectively with great velocity. I can personally attest that Ben runs his business and treats his customers with the highest degree of integrity and respect. You truly form a partnership with your builder and I can’t think of a better partner to build your dreams with than QnC from my experience and just looking at the final project results. QnC has proven themselves throughout the course of time and again today with the attic remodel now complete.
