Lewisburg Addition
For this project, we transformed what was once an unusable attic into a fully functional third-floor living space—an addition that blends seamlessly with the home’s colonial style while adding a meaningful new chapter to it. We carried the black trim from the rest of the home into this elevated space, inside and out, ensuring the new work felt integrated and intentional.
Inside, built-in window bench seating with storage, a warm wood beam accent, and fresh carpeting create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Recessed lighting keeps the space bright at any time of day, while two charming nooks with angled ceiling peaks offer opportunities to create distinct areas for work, rest, or play. What was once only a crawl space is now a comfortable extension of the home that is designed for this family to enjoy for years to come.
I would like to first thank Ben and his team for doing an amazing job. They’ve transformed our home in a couple of months with a finished attic. Their designer is second to none, and she captured our vision to the T. Following the design phase, work began. The team on our job kept the place clean, were well organized, and all carried an outstanding work ethic. I wish to highlight the amazing drywall work, spackling, and painting work that was done to perfection. Hands down flawless. You could tell through his attention to detail in his art and craftsmanship that he genuinely cared and his passion for his trade yielded perfection on our project. All that said, we hit a couple of unforeseen snags in the project. This is always bound to happen in a major remodel; however, this is where QnC earns its reputation. They communicated and resolved the few unforeseen hurdles efficiently and effectively with great velocity. I can personally attest that Ben runs his business and treats his customers with the highest degree of integrity and respect. You truly form a partnership with your builder and I can’t think of a better partner to build your dreams with than QnC from my experience and just looking at the final project results. QnC has proven themselves throughout the course of time and again today with the attic remodel now complete.
