When we first set out to build this spec house, our goal was to create something without limitations- something that didn’t have to follow the usual rules you face when building for a client. We had full creative freedom, being both the builder and property owner. Every detail was intentional, and it let us bring our vision to life- to really showcase what we can do at QnC Construction.
We decided to turn it into a staycation Airbnb. Now, instead of just sitting empty, people get to enjoy it, experience it, and see firsthand what we’re all about. Not just to give it purpose, but to create a tangible, in-person experience for potential clients- so they can walk through and stay at a QnC custom-built home and see the craftsmanship, the creativity and the quality we bring to every project.
